Rumors are swirling that Monopoly GO! is preparing to launch a brand-new Carnival game mode called Battleship, and it looks like one of the most interactive events yet!

🛳️ What Is Battleship?

Battleship appears to be a turn-based, head-to-head minigame where players go to war on a battleship-style board. You’ll set up your ships, take turns firing shots, and try to sink your opponent’s fleet before they sink yours.

Here are some confirmed mechanics:

• Place Your Fleet – Drag, rotate, and lock in your ship layout
• Fire Away – Tap the grid to attack; red pegs mean hits, white pegs mean misses
• Sink Ships for Tickets – Sinking full ships rewards you with event currency
• Treasure & Mines – Find bonus treasure bottles or accidentally hit mines (which cost you a shot!)
• High-Stakes Mode – A “Bet Up” option suggests you can raise the stakes to earn even more tickets if you win

You’ll also get match reports, streak tracking, and the ability to queue up multiple battles – potentially even while you wait on an opponent’s turn.

🎁 Rewards & Tickets

From what we’ve seen so far, your main goal will be to earn tickets by performing well in battles. These can likely be spent on themed rewards or event milestones, similar to past game modes.

You can also:
